Ragu E N is a Mechanical Engineering Manager with over 14 years of experience in the field of assembly, jigs and fixtures, machine building & automation, special purpose machine design & development, new product development, and manufacturing processes. He possesses a deep understanding of engineering tools & methodologies such as DFMEA, DFM, GD&T, DFA, MTM analysis, test and cycle time charts & engineering calculations. Currently, Ragu works at Mindox Techno, where he is responsible for the design and development of semiconductor equipment & accessories for front end & back end manufacturing. He has developed EFEM & Loadport (300mm Foup & 150mm Open Cassette) units and is currently working on Wafer Aligner (Single axis), Atmospheric Wafer Handling MR & N2 Loadport. Prior to his current role, Ragu worked at Bosch as a Senior Engineer and Engineer. At Bosch, he was involved in new product development, TPM for Inventor Tool Automation, SPM design, machine building & automation, design and sample development, supplier identification and integration, and requirement analysis. Ragu has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kongu Engineering College. He also completed his Higher Secondary Examination from Bharathi Bidya Bhavan, Erode. In addition to his engineering expertise, Ragu has experience in senior software engineering, testing, frontend and backend development, and integration. He is a specialist in reverse engineering and is always looking for new challenges to expand his knowledge and skills.
